These Terms govern access to and use of the TFI Exhibitor Portal, operated by S S Textile Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Textile Fairs India", "TFI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the portal, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them.

Who may use the portal

The portal is for exhibitors and their authorized representatives to manage event bookings and submit or review event forms. Keep your login details and one-time codes confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly tell TFI if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another exhibitor’s account, booking, or information.

Accurate and authorized information

Keep company, contact, booking, and form information accurate and current. Submit information and documents only when you have authority to do so. If you provide personal information about employees, badge holders, contractors, or other people, you are responsible for giving them any notice and obtaining any authorization or consent required by law, including permission to share their details with TFI and relevant event service providers.

Use the portal only for legitimate exhibitor and event-related purposes. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, malicious, infringing, or harmful material, interfere with the portal, attempt to bypass access controls, or use another person’s information without authority.

Event and service communications

TFI may send account and event-service communications such as access codes, booking confirmations, form and deadline reminders, safety or logistics information, and important event notices through the portal and by email. Telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp may also be used where available and permitted by applicable law.

TFI may share relevant event, community, networking, invitation, or promotional announcements. Where a communication is promotional, TFI will obtain and follow any consent or preference required by law and applicable telecom or messaging-platform rules. You may ask TFI to stop promotional messages by contacting us at sstm@textilefairsindia.com. This does not prevent essential account, booking, security, or event-service messages. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of carrier, internet, email, or third-party service issues; standard carrier or data charges may apply.

Agreeing to these Terms or using the portal does not, by itself, opt you in to promotional SMS, WhatsApp, or other telecom messages.

Commercial SMS or calls, if used, are subject to applicable telecom requirements, including the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2018, and the applicable sender, telemarketer, header, message-template, consent, and recipient-preference requirements.

Forms, records, and event requirements

Forms and submissions must be complete and truthful. Submission does not by itself confirm that a request has been approved; TFI or the relevant event team may review it and contact you for clarification. Event-specific booking terms, organizer instructions, rules, deadlines, and the terms shown in individual forms continue to apply. If those documents conflict with these general portal Terms on an event-specific matter, the event-specific document controls that matter.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit, such as company descriptions and logos. You allow TFI and the relevant event team to store, reproduce, display, and share that content as reasonably needed to administer your booking, provide event services, prepare exhibitor materials, and operate the event. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. TFI’s portal, branding, software, and materials remain owned by TFI or its licensors and may not be copied or used outside the intended service without permission.

Availability and external services

We work to keep the portal useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Maps, email, telecom, WhatsApp, and other external services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and availability. TFI is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Suspension and liability

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the portal or its users, comply with law, or respond to a breach of these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, TFI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the portal, third-party delivery failures, or information submitted incorrectly by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms for portal use.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as the portal or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to any notice or consent required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
